Conference Call Playback Instructions:

PIN: 24128  (Always remind/instruct us at the beginning of the call if you wish to have it recorded and dropped into your RO Folder as a mp3 for your review needs)

To access past recorded conference calls:

  1. Go to your RO Dropbox Folder.
  2. EXAMPLE > if a conference call occurred on 12/29/2018 it will be identified as a mp3 document in the RO Folder as ‘uber122918‘.  (If more than one call per day a sequence letter will be added on the end.)
  3. The calls are subject to removal after 60 days. They are in mp3 so they can easily be saved (downloaded) by any client on/into their personal computer.
  4. Our cloud storage may become limited in the future that is why they are subject to removal after 60 days.
  5. Any client can open a free Dropbox.com and get 2GB storage for free to save your mp3 securely in their cloud.

This is the info that needs to be emailed to Hansen no less than four hours ideally to arrange a conference call:

( Monday > Saturday 8:30am to 12:00am, and 1:00pm to 7:30pm, and 8:30pm to 11:00pm, are all the available windows for counsel-time. Sunday afternoons for emergencies only. )

Example of what you need to email me > [3:00pm CSTime, 4-3-2019, 402.333.3333, John Doe, estimated call time 15 minim or 30 max. Topic – IRS.] SEE EXAMPLE BELOW – Every appointment email should have the following for best results:

  2. xxx.xxxx (< the number I am to call.)
  3. Friday 4-5-19 (Or you can just state any day.)
  4. 4:00pm (Make sure you only post it as CST – ‘Central Standard Time’.) (Or you can post just any time.)
  5. IRS question. (<As an example.)
  6. Estimated needed counsel time? 15 minutes.
  7. Yes/No you want the conversation recorded and placed in your RO Dropbox.

Every scheduled call request emailed to me must have the red above filled in.

STEPS:  If payment for counsel time has been paid (PayPal) you are then eligible for counsel time.

By clicking on the above (Paypal) link you will be taken to the service/products page. There you click on the first [Donate] button and pay for counsel time. (Any counsel time payments balances can be applied to any products, at any time, by emailing us.)
  1. Set the desired call day, and time, as Central Standard Time, by email with Hansen >  pauljjhansenLAW@gmail.com.

1a. Simply text Hansen and state your name, and email address, and ask for a counsel time that suits your time frame, and Hansen will text you back a reply as soon as he sees the text.

2. Text Hansen (251.362.8231 cell) five minutes before you wish to get on the conference call just to remind all of the pending calls. Hansen will text you back if he sees your initial text.  Call if he does not text you back within five minutes. This call is necessary because Hansen may not hear or see the text notice, do not leave voice messages unless it is an emergency, make sure you say your name, and email, when you are calling in a voice message.

(The above text instructions are imperative to follow. We are getting inundated with computer-generated solicitation calls, we simply had to resort to seldom answering the phone unless we know who is calling.)

Note – the conference call recording is available to you by your Dropbox RO Folder. The conference recording may only last 60 days, so it is advised that you back-up the mp3 as you may need them. 

The above conversations, when any cell phone is used, are automatically recorded by order of the United States. Since the Patriot Acts of 2001, all cell phone communications and all internet communications are recorded by the US government and can easily be used in court against you in civil and criminal cases. Computer to computer can be encrypted, (Uber is a German-based service) if any cell phone is used it is recorded by order of the United States, and is digitally stored perpetually, and is evidence for any US court prosecution. (All cell phone calls are archived by congressional order.)

If you wish to conference Uber to Uber, for encryption purposes, Possibly you may need to open your own Uber account. (this is the site that you then place our 52565698 # in the URL). Both parties must be connected to the internet directly by line or wi-fi, no cell phone tethering/hotspot is secure.
