Everyone is asking – why/how does this, above property, still remain is such dilapidated state? In short the owner is a lawyer, who has spent, invested, over a million dollars buying and refurbishing homes in “the city”, and has always challenged the “city” to prove authority to apply state/city legislative written law upon private property, and private land. And for that straight forward question/challenge, he gets no answer, except that of 10 homes being demolished without one day of the right of a 4th Amendment due process hearing. So they destroyed many of my 28 homes, my reputation, my savings, and my relationships with those closest to me, and now they are paying many times over by, determination for damages, by 12 jurors, in a U.S. Federal court 42USC1983.

It is interesting that the city has paid $86K for every like lot/home in the area but refuses to pay me a dime for 1547 that they destroyed, but rather charged me 5000$ for its demolition. And now they persist in refuses to pay anything for 1548 though they have purchased and destroyed much better homes all around it to build new federally subsidized housing. We, legal/law acquaintances of mine, have recently won like cases in Florida that received $38.2 million for a like 100$ home taken by the city without law, and we have removed $4.5 billion of property off the tax roles.

All destroyed by ‘Unconstitutional application of City of Omaha Municipal Code’.

It has been found that the said “Municipal Code” only applies to city owned land and property in the same land. The law is limited exactly as state property tax operates. If the state owns the land the state can tax the use of the land, and apply city codes to the same land and property. If no they can only do the same by consensual contract. I ask did you consent to pay property taxes????

People wonder why 1548 N 19 has been allowed to deteriorate, here is the ‘REST OF THE STORY’.

The owner, Paul John Hansen, a 6th Amendment counsel/lawyer, has stopped the city from violating property rights and the CITY OF OMAHA has conspired to destroy me.

The city has torn down approximately 10 homes liken to 1547 N 19 without due process and supporting evidence of law to do so administratively, this being a violation of rights under color of law and Federal cation is in the process presently.

The city had a mock hearing and showed the city counsel the pre-remodeled picture and intentionally failed to show them the remodeled status of the home. The home was perfectly functional, rent-able, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Yet without law (land jurisdiction) they came without due process, dragged out my possessions, and demolished the home, with great enthusiasm, as I stood by patiently. Little did they know that I, an accomplished lawyer, had great confidence that a federal jury would award large damages in the future. So under my stoic expression I was smiling inside$

Years later two of those same ‘CITY OF OMAHA PLANNING DEPARTMENT’, now retired inspectors, met me in secret and said -“Mr Hansen, your where right, the city code only applies to city owned land and not private property.” Then they went into great detail and explained that the city loses all their cases that go to federal court, but so few do get prosecuted that they keep misapplying the law because it is so profitable for the city.

You see only land, and property in that same land, that is owned by by the city/state is taxable, and subject to city/state written law, all the rest of the land in Nebraska (98.6%) if taxed/governed is by deception.

I had to write when I saw your post on Shawn’s page warning the public.  I’ve been friends with his mother since her 3 boys and my 4 children have been born.  All her kids ended up being criminals and mine upstanding citizens.  So I haven’t been in contact with any of them for years.
The father‘s name is Thomas Anthony Stuller who is in Escambia county jail as we speak.  His mother’s name is Carolyn R. Bell.
My idiot brother (age 59) received a battery charge in December and entered Santa Rosa county jail where he ran in to Shawn.  I warned him Shawn could sell ice to an Eskimo but no one would listen to me.  Shawn won him over with his talk about being a paralegal and how he could help him get out of his charge.  Again I told my brother and my 85 year old mother he took classes in PRISON!  They still didn’t listen.  So Shawn convinced him that if he would just bail him out too, he could do all the paperwork he needed.  So he did, I’m sorry to say.
The first thing Shawn did was get them a motel room in a motel that Shawn had a no trespassing order.  Shawn got taken back to jail and my brother got kicked out for association.  Shawn some how talked his way out of jail and met back up with my brother.  Then Shawn borrowed my brother’s car to meet with his probation officer (so he said) and never brought the car back saying he needed it to work on both of their cases.  That’s been a month now.  During this time Shawn started going to my mother saying he needed money to file these motions.  He had several different “reasons” throughout the month and ended up extorting almost $10,000 from my mother and her 85 year old boyfriend. 

Almost all in cash but sometimes in checks when it was over a thousand at a time.  The cash was $800 here, $500 there, a few $300….you see what I mean.  Then this past Friday I got involved.
He was to meet my mother for another $1,000 but after waiting over 3 hours for him to show up, he text and said he couldn’t meet until Superbowl Sunday.  So we waited all day Sunday again.  At that time we knew he wasn’t going to get anymore money but we needed the car back.  We led him to believe he was getting another check if he would just show up with the car.  We think he was catching on to us because again he didn’t show up saying he was at church then lunch with his pastor.  All the while we’re saying just bring back the car!  He says his truck is in Alabama and he can’t continue to work on my brother’s case without transportation.  So no-show again.
That night my daughter googled Shawn Stuller, Pensacola and we saw everything about him.  We posted it on Facebook and had all our friends looking for him all over Pensacola beach.  He caught wind of that too and slithered away.  Monday my brother said he had an appointment with his team at the cancer center and he needed his car.  Late that afternoon he abandoned the car in Pensacola and said come get it!  Of course he was gone.  My brother got there and everything he owned in the car was gone. (All his clothes, medical marijuana, blank checks) and he had taken a hammer and destroyed the entire interior.
We think he’s out of our life now and we know he will get caught scamming someone else and we pray he gets caught .  The police wouldn’t help get the car back because my brother originally gave him the keys so they said we had to trap him and if he didn’t give the keys, then we could call 911.  That never happened because he found out we were on to him.
That’s it!  I hope somebody gets that scum before he has other victims.

Looks like Shawn got 15 years for his latest crime in 2019, thus NOW awarded the “bozo of the year” award. 15 x 85% for good behavior = out in 13 years.

2-05-2020 The Scammer Strikes Again, with in days of getting bailed out by these people, conning 85 year old elderly people out of $10,000.00. Looks like evil Shawn is a candidate for the death penalty based on biblical principals. READ THIS

• I, Paul John Hansen, a lawyer for a ministry in Southern Alabama, recently worked with Shawn for several months.
• Shawn came to our ‘Christian Ministry’ (see many pictures of the ministry in Shawn’s Facebook) straight out of prison (Feb 2019) with a promise he would follow all our biblical rules, he has violated most all of them and is now permanently bared from the camp.
• Shawn has recently stolen 1500$ from a worker at our camp. Shawn stole this man’s key and got in his vehicle and stole all his savings he earned at the Church Camp that he and Shawn worked at. (This man, a good man, greatly befriended Shawn.)
• Shawn chooses to return to the mire, and eat his own vomit as a dog does, after five years in jail, and being freed from jail 10+ years early, he is worse than before.
• Shawn has convinced one gentle woman (See Barbs picture below.) to give him over $50,000.00, with a promise that he would pay her back, now stating no such promises ever existed. Shawn calls her his “Spiritual Mom”, I call her one of his many victims.
• Barb (a bus driver) took her life-savings to pay for a lawyer to save Shawn ten or more years in prison. Barb had no family ties, or prior friendship, with Mr Stuller.
• This post is to warn people of Shawn’s overt evil lies and manipulations.
• He is now claiming to raise money for schooling, which is almost assuredly all going to drugs and life on the beach in Pensacola, FL.

Looks like the above charge is for drugs, if bad drugs, and a lot of it, he will likely get 25 years, if small amount 5 years. That is my guess. “stupid is as stupid does” – forrest gump

I talked to Shawn on 9-10-2019, he only got 90 days for the above.
