- That no portion of this affidavit shall be diminished by any other statement, or opinion, herein.
2. I, Paul John Hansen, hereinafter as Affaint, and states the following.
3. That Affiant is the age of 63, and is of sound mind.
4.That Affiant is the friend, business associate, of Dale Land, and has known Dale Lang for approximately 20 years.
5. That Affiant states that Affiant has never heard any language that is associated with inappropriate sexual content come from Dale Lang.
6. That Affiant has never seen Dale touch anyone inappropriately.
7. That Affiant has never seen Dale look at anyone inappropriately.
8. That Affiant has never heard Dale Lang talk of, or to, anyone inappropriately.
9. That Affiant has never heard anyone even hint that Dale Lang has spoken, or touched, anyone inappropriately until the present 2021 when Anna Lang filed a criminal report against Dale Lang.
10. That Affiant states that Affiant has been told by Dale that Anna has been known to lie to get her way.
11. That Affiant states that Affiant has been told by Dale that Anna is intensely competitive and will do most anything to win.
12. That Affiant spoke to Anna no less than 30 minutes about Dale at my Church in Omaha Nebraska in the year of 2015 or 2016.
13. That Affiant talked greatly about Dales rules and business with Anna.
14. That Affiant did not get one negative feedback from Anna except that Dale can talk at length, unnecessarily, at times.
15. That Affiant did not get even one hint of any bad relationship between Dale and Anna from the 30 minute talk with Anna.
16. That Anna talked well of Dale during the entire 30 minutes, not complaining of anything about Dale.
17. That Anna had normal eye contact, and body language, with Affiant and did not shrink back, or uncomfortably hesitate, on any topic, or at any time.
18. That Affiant will attest to the same as stated above if subpoenaed.
19. That Affiant has always trusted Dale, and now trust Dale, to the fullest extent, more than any man on earth,as to spending time alone with any of my personal family members or friends, young or old, male or female.
20. Opinion – Dale is one of the most gentle person I have ever met, and has always shown to have great moral control in all his personal, one on one, interactions.

Often times when prosecutors see that there is insufficient evidence of a crime they will dismiss the charges, and release the accused immediately. Yet not dis-allowing anyone to bring in additional evidence for the case file incase a charge is reestablished.
